About us:

We provide Dog Walks and In-Home Cat Care services in the northern Chicagoland area 7 days a week. Our mission is to provide your pet with the love, care, and companionship he/she needs in order to be happy and healthy while you are away. We provide services to one household at a time, so your pet receives the individual attention he/she deserves.

Our services are performed by responsible, caring individuals that have a true passion for animals. All Chicago Urban Tails staff members are carefully screened and thoroughly trained. Furthermore, all of our pet sitters are insured and bonded under Pet Sitters Associates, L.L.C., a company which specializes in insurance for pet sitting businesses.  This policy is in place to provide our customers with the best care, insurance protection and peace of mind.  Your pets are part of your family and we are commited to giving them the highest quality care possible.

In addition to providing outstanding care to your pampered pets, we feel it is equally important to give back to less fortunate animals.  We are affiliated with and give a portion of our monthly proceeds to Chicago Canine Rescue Foundation, Paws Chicago, Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago, and Pit Bull Rescue Central, Inc.  Furthermore, we offer two free visits to our new clients who adopt from these organizations.
