Initial Consultations
Chicago Urban Tails offers free initial consultations for those interested in service. We require 2 sets of keys at the initial consultation. This will help to prevent any lock outs while you are away. We ask for a two week deposit for full-time dog clients and payment in full for cat clients at the consultation.
Reservation/Cancellation Policies
Chicago Urban Tails asks for additional bookings to be received by 9am the day of scheduled service Monday-Friday. For weekend and holiday visits, reservations must be made by 5p.m. on the previous Wednesday. Although we will still try to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee any requested visits after these times. The cancellation policy for scheduled weekend visits is by 5pm the Friday before scheduled service.
Chicago Urban Tails requests that you notify us of additions or cancellations by 9:00 a.m. the day of scheduled service. We charge the full amount of service if the cancellation is received after 9:00 a.m. For late additions, we may charge a fee for any requested visits that we are able to accomodate after the 9:00 a.m. deadline.
Payments
All full-time Chicago Urban Tails clients are billed on the 1st of each month and payments are due upon receipt. We accept credit card, cash, check, or money order. We also offer a direct debit service for clients that would like to be billed automatically at the end of each month.
A late fee of $25.00 is charged for payments received after the 15th of each month.
Our returned check fee is $25.00
