"Chicago Urban Tails has been a lifesaver for me over the past several months. My dog has developed a rare intestinal cancer and he has had bowel control issues since his surgery. Their walkers have been taking extra steps to help me with the overwhelming task of cleaning up after his accidents. They leave detailed notes about his condition while I'm at work, and they call me at work when they fear he needs immediate attention. Just when I didn't think I could leave town for the holidays due to my dog's condition, they have stepped in and made it possible for me to have a brief yet much needed vacation. I'm overwhelmed by their outstanding customer service, and I honestly don't know how I would be getting through my dog's illness without them!"

"The folks at Chicago Urban Tails have been taking care of my dog Dante and my cat Tabby for two years. I've never once had a concern about the welfare of my animals. The management is always helpful, accomodating, and friendly. The walkers are awesome and really love my pets. "My dog is a major part of my life, so trusting someone to come into my home and walk her everyday was difficult. Since my first meeting with Chicago Urban Tails, I have been completly satisfied. You can tell that the dog walkers truly care about your dog and are not just doing it for the money. My roomates have been home when my dog walker has come over and though she didn't know they were there, they said that she stays the whole time and takes extra time to play with Maddy. If any of you are thinking of getting a dog walker, I would highly recommend Chicago Urban Tails!"
